PRICING

All prices shown are in Australian dollars.

PAYMENT

Payment is through PayPal only. All payments and refunds are processed through the PayPal web site. Planet Peach does not have access to your credit card details. Once payment has been accepted from PayPal, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

SHIPPING (shipped from Sydney, Australia)

Orders within Australia

Please allow from 2 to 10 working days for delivery. Parcels are sent by registered post at a flat rate of $10 and are fully insured during transit. A signature will be required on receipt of all deliveries.

International orders

Please allow 15 working days for delivery, depending on destination. International postage rates vary depending on destination and include insurance. The shopping cart will provide an accurate postage cost for your country when you check out, otherwise please contact us. Orders will not be accepted from all international destinations. Shipping costs are in Australian dollars and are subject to change. Approximate international shipping charges are as follows:

New Zealand
Postage rates start at AU$15 for up to 250g, AU$18 for 250g to 500g, AU$23 for 500g to 750g, AU$27 for 750g to 1kg.

United States & Canada
Postage rates start at AU$17 for up to 250g, AU$22 for 250g to 500g, AU$30 for 500g to 750g, $35 for 750g to 1kg.

United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of the World
Postage rates start at AU$18 for up to 250g, AU$25 for 250g to 500g, AU$34 for 500g to 750g, $40 for 750g to 1kg.

GST (SALES TAX)

We are not registered to charge GST (Goods and Services Tax). So GST is NOT included or added to our prices.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition with tags and purchase receipt, and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, otherwise a refund or exchange will be at  the discretion of Planet Peach. It is recommended that returned items are insured and/or sent by registered post, as Planet Peach will not accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.

SIZING

We stock standard kids sizes 2, 3, 4 & 5 which are generally suitable for children aged 2-5. If you are unsure of the correct size for your child please contact us.
